Project Narrative
The project will consist of a 2,000 s.f., single story, credit union facility on a 32,513 s.f. (0.75 acres)
site located on at the southeast corner of Ten Mile Road and West Quintale in Meridian, Idaho. At -
grade parking will provide 27 parking stalls. Site development will include landscaping, new curb,
gutter, and sidewalk. The project site is zoned C -N (Commercial- Neighborhood).
Primary objective of this Conditional Use Application is for the approval of the drive-through facilities
of the credit union.

Meridian City Code requires an opportunity for a meeting between the applicant of a
development proposal and the residents of the neighborhood in which the development site is
located. The meeting shall occur prior to formal submittal of the development application to the

Project Description
The project will consist of a 2,000 s.f., single story, credit union facility on a 22,500 s.f. (0.51
acres) site located on at the southeast corner of Ten Mile Road and West Quintale in Meridian,
Idaho. At -grade parking will provide 27 parking stalls. Site development will include
landscaping, new curb, gutter, and sidewalk. The project site is zoned C -N (Commercial -
Neighborhood).
Entitlement Application
Westmark will be submitting a Conditional Use Application requesting approval of a drive-
through service window and canopy. Site plan, building elevations and landscape plan will be
available for public viewing at the Neighborhood Meeting.

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
