PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE NOTE THE MEETING TIME CHANGE FROM 7:00 P.M. TO 6:00 P.M. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of da00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application PFP 13-001 by JLJ, Inc. for Preliminary Final Plat approval consisting of two (2) building lots on 9.43 acres of land in the TN-R and C-C zoning districts for Twelve Oaks located 1845 W. Franklin Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours.
