PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE NOTE THE MEETING TIME CHANGE FROM 7:00 P.M. TO 6:00 P.M. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application AZ 13-013 by Boslau Family Trust for Annexation of 6.92 acres from RUT in Ada County to the R-8 (Medium-density residential) zoning district AND PP 13-029 for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of thirty-two (32) residential lots and six (6) common lots on approximately 6.92 acres in the proposed R-8 zoning district for Creekstone Subdivision generally located north side of W. Pine Avenue; midway between N. Black Cat Road and N. Ten Mile Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E.
