PH Noticing CCCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF SPECIAL HEARING PLEASE NOTE THE MEETING TIME CHANGE FROM 7:00 PA. TO 6:00 P.M. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications AZ 13-010 by TS Development, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 13 acres of land with the R-15 (6.43 acres) and C -N (6.58 acres) zoning districts AND PP 13-022 for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 28 building lots (7 commercial & 21 multi -family residential) and 2 common/other lots on 11.88 acres of land in the R-15 and C -N zoning districts for McLinder Subdivision AND CUP 13-010 for Conditional Use Permit for a multi -family development consisting of 84 dwelling units in the R-15 zoning district for Sawtooth Village at McLinder Subdivision generally located at the southeast corner of W. McMillan and N. Linder Roads at 4650 N. Linder Road and 1437 W. McMillan Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
