Dear Mr. Johnson,
The City of Meridian is in receipt of your letter dated October 13,
1989 for a Late Comer's Agreement. In order to proceed with this
request it will be necessary for the Westpark Company, Inc., to
either prepare the agreement or agree to reimburse the City of
Meridian for the costs involved in having an agreement prepared.
It will also be necessary to provide the costs that are to be
recovered in the agreement.
If you need a copy of the Ordinance that covers Late Comer's Agreement,
please advise and we will mail one to you.

Dear Mayor and Councilmen:
Interwest Development, Inc. desires to proceed immediately
with the development of Phase I of Chateau Meadows East
Subdivision. In so doing, it must install 996 L.F. of sewer and
water line in Chateau Lane, 300 L.F. of water and sewer in North
Locust Grove, and also over size some water line inside Chateau
Meadows Subdivision to service the land eastward.
Interwest requests a latecomers reimbursement of costs
incurred for these improvements as follows:
a. 100 of Chateau Lane sewer and water
b. 50~ of North Locust Grove sewer and water
c. 8" to 10" water pipe and installation cost differential
within Chateau Meadows Subdivision
