Thank you fir meeting= ++ith Lam nine and ~=oin~= over our concerns. As +ou kno+~. Great Uaks V+'ater
Company (Great Oaksl is the o++ner in fee simple of ~ 1.891 1 acres of undeveloped real estate in the
Ca+anau~~h subdi+ision. 11 r. pine meet ++ith Core. Barton and his group later in the atternoon ~esterda~
and ++e all came to an agreement on ho++ this project can sta. on track ++ ith an extension of the existing
preliminan plat. Belo++ is ++hat ++as agreed to b~ all parties. If the Cite ++-ill condition the extension of
the existing preliminan plat for Cavanaugh ++ith the follo++ing items than Great Oaks is in support of the
extension.
.An easement shall be recorded simultaneous at the time recordation of C a~anau~h Phase I. This
easement shall be for construction of all infrastructures necessary for the continued orderl+
de+elopment of Ca. anau~~h Subdi~ ision ++ ithout interruption or delay south of the Ridenbaugh
Canal. The easement ++ ill be for the construction of the continuation of Standing Timber V~'a~
from Cavanaugh Phase I to the Ridenbaugh Canal. -The form and +-ordin~~ of said easement shall
be mutuall+ a~~reeable to the City of'~teridian and the o+~ners of the phases south of Ridenbau~~h
Canal.
~. Prior to the recordation of Phase I I of Cap anaugh the deg eloper of Cap anau~~h 1 & I I shall pad a
deposit of ~0°'0 of the estimated cost to the City to be held in trust or ~0°0 of actual cost if already
constructed of the bridge to the deg eloper hay ins= constructed the brid~~e. The bride is for the
urderl+ de+elopment alone Standing Timer V~`a~ that ~+ill be the crossin~~ at Ridenbaugh Canal.
Great Oaks is in hope that this is easily conditioned in the extension as all parties are in agreement. but if
these items cannot be a formal condition to the extension than ++e unfortunately +a ill have to oppose the
extension.
