See's Candies proposes to complete a tenant improvement of an existing 1,924 sq. ft. shell
space within Meridian Town Center at the above referenced address. The scope of the project
is to include new walls, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing as indicated in the drawings.
See's Candies will be responsible for the tenant improvement portion of the work; all other site
and landscape improvements surrounding the tenant space have been completed by the
property owner. No modifications will be made to the exterior of the existing building as part of
the TI scope of work.
See's Candies will operate as a retail candy store.
