RE: TEC-13-007 Woodland Springs Time Extension
To Whom it May Concern:
As the developer and declarant of Woodland Springs Neighborhood Commercial Park,
we are writing this letter to address the current time extension application that is to go
before the City Council on October 15, 2013.
This letter will serve as our written acceptance and approval of the staff report
recommending the approval of our time extension with the noted conditions in Exhibit B
of the report. We accept the conditions as noted and look forward to the time extension
and the opportunity to continue to try and develop our project as the economy allows.
