However, at the time this parcel of ground is developed a Land Use Change :application must be filed. NMID must approve all plans dealing with any encroachments within the easement of the District's. Hardin Drain which courses through this project. The District's easement for the Hardfin Drain at this location is a minimum of sixty feet (60'), thirty feet (30') each side of the centerline. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and, approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) must review drainage plans.
