PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE NOTE THE MEETING TIME CHANGE FROM 7.00 P.M. TO 6a1t~IaNF. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of !l:~0 p.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications RZ 13-011 by Crimson Maple Townhomes, LLC for a request to Rezone 1.59 acres from the R-8 (medium-density residential) zoning district to the R-15 zoning district (medium high-density residential) AND CUP 13-011 by Crimson Maple Townhomes, LLC for a request for a Conditional Use Permit to construct amulti-family development consisting of 12 residential units in a proposed R-15 zoning district for Crimson Maple generally located on the east side of MW 4th Street, north of W. Maple Avenue. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is also available to view on our website at www.meridiancity.org at City Clerks Department/ Development Applications. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person.
