Sonya - I just spoke to Bruce Freckleton. I have reviewed the staff report attached and agree with staff's findings and
recommendation subject to revising Section VIII of the staff report to make it consistent with Section 5.1.1 of the
Development Agreement. It is my understanding Bruce will effectuate this change and provide it to you.
