In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-
5A-51), I personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted
on October 2* 2013 , which is at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled public
hearing for The Shops at Victory TEC -13-006 for the time extension for the
preliminary plat and conditional. use permit.
I have submitted photograph(s) of the posting to the City, concurrent with this
affidavit. The sign(s) will be removed no later than three (3) days after the public
hearing.
