A special pre-council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:15
p.m., Tuesday, September 3, 2013, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor De Weerd, David Zaremba, Keith Bird, Charlie Rountree,
Brad Hoaglun.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

De Weerd: Okay. I will go ahead and call this precouncil meeting to order. Today's
date is Tuesday, September 3rd. It's 5:15 p.m. I will start with roll call attendance,
Madam Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda Adopted
De Weerd: Thank you. Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Hoaglun: Move we adopt the precouncil meeting as printed.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second. All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion
carried.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(f): (f) To Consider
and Advise Its Legal Representatives in Pending Litigation
De Weerd: Item 3 is Executive Session.
Bird: Madame Mayor?
De Weerd: Mr. Bird.
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1) (f).
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to enter into Executive Session. Madam
Clerk, will you call roll.

De Weerd: Council, I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Bird: So moved.
Hoaglun: Second.
De Weerd: All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
