JLJ, Inc. is submitting this Preliminary and Final Plat Application for the purpose of separating the commercial portion of this project directly adjacent to Hark's Corner. The purpose of separating the commercial area is to allow for the submittal of a short plat for the four commercial pads and a new preliminary plat for the residential care, apartment, and residential lots.
