In accord with UDC 11 -6B -8C.2, the applicant or owner shall have one year to complete the following tasks:

b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County assessor; and
d. Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel numbers to the
director.

Cope Subdivision is comprised of four existing parcels totaling approximately 4.31 acres. The
subdivision was originally platted in 2008, and the four parcels vary in size from approximately
0. 96 acres to 1.17 acres.
It is the intent of the property owner to modify the size and layout of the four parcels within the
subdivision to better accommodate the owner's anticipated future use of the property. The four
revised parcels will vary in size from approximately 0.63 acres to 2.14 acres.

pipelines to be constructed by others; and
