PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE NOTE THE MEETING TIME CHANGE FROM 7:00 P.M. TO 6:00 P.M. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 600 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications RZ 13-010 by C13, LLC for Rezone of approximately 31.73 acres from the C -C (Community Business), the R-8 (Medium Density Residential) and the R-2 (Low Density Residential) zoning districts to the C -C (Community Business) (12.52 acres), the R-4 (Medium Low Density Residential) (16.51 acres) and the R- 8 (Medium Density Residential) (2.70 acres) zoning districts AND PP 13-025 for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of eight (8), fifty-four (54) single family lots and six (6) common lots on approximately 30.27 acres in the proposed C -C, R-4 and R-8 zoning districts for Three Corners generally located Southeast corner of N. Locust Grove Road and Chinden Boulevard. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours.
