RE: Tustin T.W.O. Subdi~rision
Dear Sonya,
The Lemp Canal runs along the south boundary of this project. East of this project at the
intersection of N. Locust Grove and E. McMillian the Lemp Canal crosses under Locust
Grove road with a i4 foot wide, 5 foot deep box culvert.
West of this project the Lemp Canal crosses under N. Larkwood Place with an 8 foot
wide, ~ foot deep box culvert.
My estimate of an equivalent pipe size for this canal would be a 8 foot diameter pipe.
Please accept this letter as a formal request to waive any condition to pipe this Canal
because of its size.
If more is needed, please do not hesitate to call me
Respectfully s, ' ted
