NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications PP 13-018 by Ronald W. Van Auker for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of six (6) building lots on 6.81 acres of land in the I-L and C-G zoning districts for Olson 8~ Bush Subdivision located 2950 E. Franklin Road.
