Subject: RE: Jack's Place final plat staff report for 10/01/13 CC MTG
Bill,
I apologize for the delay in getting a written response to you. I think, the staff report far hack's Place Einal Plat
application looks fine. The only question I have is the timing on when CC&Rs are recorded see condition #4b}. It is my
experience that CC&Rs are typically recorded after the plat in the event something (ie lot numbers} change on the plat,
which would cause a conflict with the CC&Rs if they are recorded too early in the process. Your staff report appears to
require the CC&Rs to be recorded priorto the. City signing the plat. Am I right on thin
I IoOkforward to y0urthoughts.
Thanks,
Dave YOrgsaon
