Applicant Response to Staff Report~~ y~
We respectfully request you approve CUP-13-008 with the following modifications:
1. Section IX ANALYSIS. A. at the bottom of page 4, the second sentence be modified to
"The proposed multi-family development consists of 16 buildings, 8four-plexes and 8
e ~ht-plexes structures containing a total of ninety-six (96) dwelling units, and a
clubhouse. "
2. Condition 1.1.4 -replace the previous building elevations with the revised building
elevations dated 08.08.13.
3. Condition 1.1.4 second bullet. Car port structures - we request that the reference to 8-
1/2 inch fascia eliminated.
4. Condition 2.3 -strike and replace with "The utility design will be coordinated between
the project engineer and public works."
