Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
application.. However please be aware that a Land Use Change Application will be required
before platting.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. NMID's Hunter Lateral is on the south
boundary with a minimum easement of forty feet (40'); twenty feet (20') each side of
centerline.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the
site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) must review drainage plans.
