There is a "Pernurnent Ri.gh.t-of--Way Lasern.erzt" by and between the prior owner and ACRD connecting N. Calcutta Ave., a public street platted in Spurwing Greens Subdivision Na. 2 and N. Double Eagle Lane, a private street platted in Westwing Estates Subdivision. The physical connection of the two streets will necessitate a future action between ACRD and the Westwing Estates owners.
