Axiom fitness amenities will include workout areas {14,441 SF), pool area (4,356 SF}, locker
area {3333 SI'), Fuel Center (637 SF), Massage Rooms (400 SF), and Tanning Rooms (195 SF}.
Axiom is completing the tenant improvement. All exterior, site and landscape improvements
surrounding the tenant space are by property owner.
The existing development site has obtained Certificate of Zoning Compliance, Development
Agreement and Development Agreement Amendment as attached to this letter.
