NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications AZ 13-007 by Jayo Investments, Inc. for Annexation of approximately 20.09 acres from RUT in Ada County to the R-8 (Medium-Density Residential) zoning district AND PP 13-016 for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of Ninety-three (93) residential lots, thirteen (13) common lots and one (1) other lot on approximately 19.63 acres in the proposed R-8 zoning district for Hacienda South Subdivision generally located east side of N.
