Comprehensive Plan Future Collector Map. ACHD's staff report refers to
Wainwright as a residential collector. ACHD differentiates between a collector and
residential collector. Under ACHD Policy Manual Section 7206.3.7, front-on
housing is allowed on a residential collector. A 20-foot separate common lot with
landscaping is not possible. The entire Wainwright brive frontage for Lot 4, Block
4, is within the Boise City limits. We request this condition be deleted.
1.1.5 The applicant does not own the property with the existing home on Wainwright, but
will advise the property owner of his responsibility to comply.
