Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no conunent on the above-referenced
application for removal of twenty-foot (20'}wide landscape buffet.
However NT~IID would like to note that NO encroachments along the Nine Mile or Five Mile
Drains will be acceptable without NMID approval with signed License Agreement. The
easement for both facilities is a minimum of one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side
of centerline.
Please also note that although this property is within District boundaries, the water to the PUIS
system is delivered by Settlers Irrigation and is not operated by NMID.
