NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application CUP 13-008 by Linder Springs, LLC for Conditional Use Permit approval for amulti-family development consisting of 96 residential units in a C-G zoning districts for Linder Springs generally located Northeast corner of W. McMillan Road and N. Linder Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours.
