The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced comprehensive plan
amendment, rezone and preliminary plat application for Baltic Place Subdivision south of
Franklin Road and west of Locust Grove Road. ITD has the following comments:
1) ITD has no objection to these applications. The proposed project does not require any
new access to the State Highway System.
