The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced preliminary plat
application for the Zebulon Commons Subdivision west of SH-SS (Eagle Road) and no-•th of
Wainwright Drive. ITD has the following review comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and requires no mitigation. The project does
not regt-ire a new access to the state highway system and does not generate any mole
trips than the original concept plan.
