A pre-council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, June 4, 2013, by Council President Brad Hoaglun.
Members Present: David Zaremba, Keith Bird, Brad Hoaglun.
Members Absent: Mayor De Weerd and Charlie Rountree.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

Hoaglun: Okay. I will go ahead and call this precouncil meeting to order. Today's date
is Tuesday, May 22nd. It's 5:00 p.m. I will start with roll call attendance, Madam Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda Adopted
Hoaglun: Thank you. Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Zaremba: Move we adopt the precouncil meeting as amended.
Rountree: Bird.
Hoaglun: I have a motion and a second. All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion
carried.
THREE AYES. ONE ABSENT. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(f)(a): (f) To

Hoaglun: Mr. Bird.
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1), (a), (f)
and (c).
Zaremba: Second.
Hoaglun: I have a motion and a second to enter into Executive Session. Madam Clerk,
will you call roll.
Roll Call: Bird, yea; Zaremba, aye; Hoaglun, aye.
Hoaglun: All ayes. Motion carried.
THREE AYES. ONE ABSENT. MOTION CARRIED.
Hoaglun: We are adjourned into Executive Session.
Mayor De Weerd and Councilman Rountree were present as Council convened into
Execution Session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (5:03 p.m. to 6:05 p.m.)
De Weerd: Council, I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Rountree: So moved.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
De Weerd: Do I have a motion to adjourn?
Rountree: So moved.
Bird: Second.
