Good Morning Bob,
I checked with the Clerk and they have noticed the Bienville Square Center project. Since the scope of the project has
changed from what was noticed, you must submit a written request to withdraw the PP and CUP applications. Once your
client is ready to move forward on the project the Planning Division will apply the applications fees that were already paid
towards to your new application if submitted in a timely manner. However you will be responsible for paying the noticing
fee which is approximately $250.00. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me.
Take Care,
