Motion by Nancy and second by Dwight to approve meeting minutes -all ayes -motion
carried.

Motion by Dwight and second by Nancy to purchase trolley -all ayes -motion carried. Emily
will order trolley.
7. Reports, presentations, subcommittee reports, sta# reports
a. Report: Initial Point Gallery's July show: Ron Pridmore and Ted Smith (Dwight)
b. Report: Percent for Art Ordinance Subcommittee (Stephanie)
Stephanie will research seven cities in Idaho on how they have done heir percent for arts
ordinance and bring back.
c. Piano Offer (added to the agenda)
MAC look at the cost to tune the piano, possibility of picl<ing it up and trading it into Dunldeys
-Nancy will research more about the offer and what needs to be done from there.
