PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications RZ 13- 006 by Steve Eddy for Rezone of 5.52 acres of land from C-N to C-C zoning district located 710, 730, 750, 770 & 790 W. Ustick Road AND CUP 13-006 for Conditional Use Permit approval to extend the business hours of operation in the C-C district when a property abuts a residential use or district from 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays in accord with UDC 11-2b-3A.4 located 710 W. Ustick Road for Fast Eddy's. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours.
