PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications RZ 13- 005 by Brighton Investments, LLC for Rezone of 5.85 acres of land from L-O to the R-8 zoning district AND PP 13-011 for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 551 building lots and 55 common/other lots on 191.30 acres of land in an R-8 zoning district for Bainbridge Subdivision generally located south side of Chinden Boulevard, midway between N.
