Woodburn West Notice of HearingCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING Please note change of City Council meeting time from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application CPAM 12-007 by Northside Management to amend the Future Land Use Map contained in the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation on 6.8 +/- acres of land from the Mixed Use-Community (MU-C) with a Neighborhood Center (N.C.) overlay to MDR (Medium Density Residential); AZ 13-003 for Annexation and Zoning of 25.8 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district AND PP 13-007 for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 99 single-family residential building lots and 16 common/other lots on 25.75 acres of land in a proposed R-8 zoning district for Woodburn West Subdivision generally located at north of W. Ustick Road, approximately''/4 mile east of N. Linder Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is also available to view on our website at www.meridiancity.org at City Clerks Department/ Development Applications. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing.
