Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) previously wrote a letter regarding
Relinquishment of Easement for an interior pressure it7•igatiou line that was no longer bei-Tg
required in this subdivision.
Upoj7 review of this current request, NMID has pressure irrigation-lines that run az•ounci the
exterior ot• the above-mentioned lots. This easement, around the outside, will be mailitained.
It was only the interior pressure irrigation main line that was being eliminated, as requested,
and mentioned in my letter May 16, 2013. Please accept this notice, in consideration of your
request, for relinquishment of easement in Gramercy #1.
