Re: MDA13-012 Accolade Development Agreement
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced changes to the development
agreement for the Accolade Development south of Overland Road. ITD has the following
comments:
1) ITD has no objection to this application and requires no mitigation. The proposed
change to the development agreement has minimal impact the State Highway System.
