The Idaho Transportation Department (iTD) has reviewed the referenced application for the
vacation of the PUDI and landscaping easement south of Overland Road. ITD has the
following review comments:
1. ITD does not object to this vacation or require any mitigation. The does not impact the
State Highway System.
