As you know, a gazebo was going to be installed on the internal common lot during phase 1. The proposed plat consists of one parcel, totaling approximately 6.00 acres. The project is situated along the top of a natural bench, above and south of the Boise River and the Phyllis Canal. The site is north of Chinden Blvd, and adjacent to the northerly reaches of Spurwing Wing Grove. The final plat includes 10 residential lots and 4 common lots.
