freeway-oriented wall signs allowed on any single building or structure).
b. Free standing signs shall not exceed 40 ft. in height.
c. Free-standing signs shall be 2 sq. ft. of sign area per linear foot of freeway
fronta e u to a max. of 300 s . ft.
d. Minimum distance between free-standing signs is 500 ft.
e. No residential signs are permitted.
