Verify the following standards that apply to all wall signs: a. Sign shall not exceed 18% of wall area (up to a maximum of 75 sq. ft. in L-O) If property also has free-standing sign, wall sign shall not exceed 9% of wall area. b. Sign is not to exceed the height of the wall face (maximum of 30 ft.) c. Lettering within the co area shall not exceed a hei ht of 3 ft. I d. Each business in offtce, commercial or industrial zones with exterior frontage shall be permitted (1) wall sign.
