comment. Attached is a proposed free-standing pylon sign elevation for the Office Value multi -tenant building at 3055
E. Fairview Avenue in the Treasure Valley Business Center (TVBC). The application was submitted to the P&Z
Department by Golden West Advertising on November 14h. The building site plan did not go before the Commission
since commercial uses are listed as perrnitted in the approved Findings for TVBC. However, TVBC was platted as a
