On behalf of Fred Meyer, Inc., Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Iric., respectfully requests that the City of
Meridian process and review the Sign Permit application for the facility referenced above. Enclosed for your
review are two sets of plans identifying the locations and specifications of the requested signs.
The following items are being submitted for your review:
1. Completed and signed Sign Permit application
2. Two copies of the Site Plan and sign details
Fred Meyer, Inc., plans to install the following signs:
• Two (2) "FM FUEL STOP" non-illuminated vinyl letter logs, 16.5 sf each, on the north and south
canopy elevations
• One (1) 3 feet 6 inches by 13 feet 0 inches electronic reader board price sign (45.5 sf), on the north
elevation
Please coordinate the review of the enclosed plans with the appropriate departments and notify me when the

• One 3.5- by 13-foot electronic reader board price sign (45.5 square feet) on the south elevation
This Sign Permit application proposes a second reader board price sign in addition to the canopy signs
previously approved by the City of Meridian under a separate Sign Permit application. The previously approved
Sign Permit was for two "FM Fuel Stop" logo signs on the north and south canopy elevations and one price sign
on the north elevation.
As time is of the essence, we request the City's expedited review and approval of the enclosed permit
