Verifythe I lowing standards that apply to all wall signs: a. Sign shall not exceed 18% of wall area (up to a maximum of 75 sq. ft. in L -O) If property also has free-standing sign, wall sign shall not exceed 9% of wall area. b. Only (1) wall sign oriented to I-84 is allowed per business or tenant in a building that is occupied by two or more tenants. (Not more than 2 freeway -oriented wall signs allowed on an single building or structure). Free standing signs shall not exceed 40 ft. in height. Free-standing signs shall be 2 sq. ft. of sign area per linear foot of freeway frontage up to a max. of 300 sq. ft. Minimum distance between free-standingsigns is 500 ft. b. C. d. e.
