Verifythe I lowing standards that apply to all wall signs:

Sign shall not exceed 18% of wall area (up to a maximum of 75 sq. ft. in
L -O) If property also has free-standing sign, wall sign shall not exceed 9% of
wall area.

Each business in office, commercial or industrial zones with exterior
frontage shall be permitted (1) wall sign. One additional wall sign shall be
permitted per exterior building wall under the conditions below, provided

there is no more than one wall sign on each side of building.

highlight those required elements common to most sign applications and to facilitate review & compliance
with the Sign Ordinance's key elements.

building that is occupied by two or more tenants. (Not more than 2
freeway -oriented wall signs allowed on an single building or structure).
Free standing signs shall not exceed 40 ft. in height.
Free-standing signs shall be 2 sq. ft. of sign area per linear foot of freeway
frontage up to a max. of 300 sq. ft.
Minimum distance between free-standingsigns is 500 ft.
