On Feb. 25, 2005, 1 contacted Travis Anderson Et Ron King, King Electric Sign Co. Et a
lady (I forget her name) from Coast Signregarding the process for Citi it to
request approval for their proposed 4-ft. tall letters for their wall sign and an
additional monument sign on S. Cobalt Way.
I told Travis that he must submit a letter to me requesting that Silverstone #2 also
be included in the original PSP for Silverstone #1. He already submitted a letter as a
member of the architectural control committee for Silverstone, granting Citi Bank
approval to have a wall sign with 4-ft. tall letters. I also told him that a Variance
application would need to be submitted requesting approval of a 2nd free-standing
sign on the same street frontage. A sign permit would need to be re-submitted for
the wall sign requesting approval for the 4-f t tall letters since the previous sign
permit has already been issued.
Ron King is will be responsible for submitting the sign permit application and
applying for the variance.
Travis will be responsible for submitting the PSP letter.
