BIRCHSTONE SUBDIVISION
Proposed signage must be installed to the height specifications as defined
in MCC 11-14-3. Also, signs will not be allowed to be erected within the
site triangle as shown in MCC 12-13-9-2.

Height of Sign: The distance measured vertically from the adjacent street grade as
measured from the top of curb (or edge of pavement where no curb exists) to the
highest point of the sign or visual appurtenances. The height of any landscape berm or
other structure erected to support or ornament the sign shall be measured as part of
the sign height.

ROAD; ROAD INTERSECTIONS: The boundaries of a sight triangle at the intersection of
two (2) roads are defined by measuring from the projected intersection of the
roadway edge a distance of forty feet (40') along each roadway edge and connecting
the two (2) points with a straight line. (See diagram below.)
