Only (1) wall sign oriented to I-84 is allowed per business or tenant in a building that is occupied by two or more tenants. (Not more than 2 i freeway-oriented wall signs allowed on any single building or stntcture). b. Free standing signs shall not exceed 40 ft. in height. ~` c. Free-standing signs shall be 1 sq. ft. of sign area per linear foot of freeway rY frontage up to a max. of 150 sq. ft. d. Minimum distance between free-standing signs is 500 ft. , e.
