a. Sign shall not exceed 18% ofwall area (up to a maximum of 75 sq. ft. in

10. Free-standing signs & wall signs within 300 ft. of I-84 right-of--way shall

a. Only (1) wall sign oriented to I-84 is allowed per business or tenant in a
building that is occupied by two or more tenants. (Not more than 2
freewa -oriented wall si s allowed on an sin le buildin or structure .
b. Free standing signs shall not exceed 40 ft. in height.
c. Free-standing signs shall be 1 sq. ft. of sign area per linear foot of freeway
frontage u to a max, of 150 sq, ft.

d. Minimum distance between free-standing signs is 500 ft. 4
e. No residential si s are ermitted.
