We are proposing that this sign will be servicing a mold tenant site. Idaho Central Credit Union, the Public Service Information System (Time & Temp) and the ATM. I have included some additional information on the ATM. This information will show that the ATM is a separate entity, can service non- members, is accessible from the exterior of the building, is available after banking hours, and is under contract with an ATM network. Based on the enclosed information the ATM is in fact an electronic business entity separate from the Financial Institution. Only (1) wall sign oriented to I-84 is allowed per business or tenant in a ; building that is occupied by two or more tenants. (Not more than 2 ~ freeway-oriented wall signs allowed on any single buildin or structure). ~ b. Free standing signs shall not exceed 40 ft. in height. c. Free-standing signs shall be 1 sq. ft. of sign area per linear foot of freeway frontage up to a max. of 150 sq. ft. d. Minimum distance between free-standing signs is 500 ft. `~., e.
