We are proposing to remove the existing double face sign cabinet "Texaco" (logo) from
the existing high rise display and install a replacement cabinet with "Shell" (logo) we will
not change the overall sign height or increase the square footage.
We will be removing the existing top cabinet from the existing monument sign and
reinstalling a new "Shell" cabinet with fuel prices. This change will not increase the
overall height of the sign or increase the square footage.
We will remove the existing lettering from the carwash building and applying new
carwash copy; this copy will be non -illuminated and reflects a change of copy style only.
