Roger Llewellyn (Golden West Advertising) on behalf of Bella Fina & Lee Read Jewelers, submitted a
Planned Sign Program Application for Central Valley Corporate Center on 3/6/03. This letter outlines
my review and approval notes of the Planned Sign Program.
The number and types of approved signage are as follows:
Center /Commercial Signs (the larger sign on S. Industry WaV)
® Total # of allowed Center/Commercial type signs =1
® Golden West Advertising is applying for this sign with the Planned Sign Permit and it is approved
by P&Z.
Wall Sipns
® No specific Wall Signs were proposed or approved under this application. The applicant states
there will be one (1) for Bella Fina (Lee Read Jewelers already exists). Future signs will require
separate sign permits.
® In no circumstance shall the combined wall sign background area be allowed to exceed 18% of a
single wall face.
Sign Setbacks
The setbacks for the Center Sign(s) are approved as shown on the Site Plan. The Center Sign meets
the minimum one foot setback on the front property line and five-foot setback on the side property line.

FYI, John Morton w/Goldenwest came in yesterday about a new wall sign for Lee Read. He has letters greater
than 3' in height. But Sonya issued a PSP for Central Valley Corp. Center in March '03, which would allow for the
